Find the gap
We study shifting behavior, stubborn friction, and categories that have stopped serving people well — looking for demand that existing products ignore.
Omsome · A software company
Omsome finds unmet demand and takes focused software products from first signal to real use. We build our own products and work selectively with partners.

How we work
One repeatable model keeps the decisions connected — whether we own the whole journey or join a partner at a decisive stage.
We study shifting behavior, stubborn friction, and categories that have stopped serving people well — looking for demand that existing products ignore.
We isolate the riskiest assumptions and test them against real behavior. If the evidence is not there, the responsible move is to change course — or stop.
A small team designs, engineers, and ships a deliberately focused first version: small enough to move quickly, sharp enough to matter.
We stay close to real use. What people do — not a roadmap — decides what grows, what changes, and what gets retired.
What earns the build
A workaround repeated every morning. A habit that has outgrown the tools around it. A market flattened into an “average user” who does not exist. We build only when signals like these earn the commitment.
Workarounds, repeated complaints, and jobs people should not have to fight through. When everyone has a coping mechanism, something is missing.
New habits and capabilities that make a previously impossible product suddenly viable. Timing is a feature.
Specific groups with real needs that broad, generic software keeps flattening into an average. Focus is an advantage.
How we apply it
We may own the whole journey or join at a decisive stage. Either way, the work starts with the problem, tests its assumptions, and stays accountable to evidence.
We use the model to identify and develop focused products we believe should exist, then remain responsible for what happens after launch.
Our current statusWe work with a small number of partners on product research, technical exploration, validation, and advisory — sometimes continuing into a focused build.
Explore partnershipsOur own work
Omsome has not launched a product of its own yet. We are exploring where focused software can make a meaningful difference, and we will share the work when it is ready.
